The staff is attentive and very amiable and the atmosphere is family. It has incredible and unbeatable location away from the main promenade. And it's just off the sea front, one km from Blackpool Tower which was perfect, tram stops and central pier.
The bathrooms are mouldy.

Had a lovely stay with fantastic home-cooked meals and delightful entertainment every night. The room was clean, but the shower was far too small for comfort. I'd definitely come back!

The atmosphere holds potential with some unique charm, and the location offers proximity to the promenade, just a stone's throw away. Rooms have an interesting character, appealing to those who appreciate a vintage vibe, despite needing a bit of revival.
Rooms are scattered across different floors. Amenities fell short with promised towels missing, and the décor definitely looks like it could use a makeover-some subtle paint and new fixtures wouldn't break the bank. The bathrooms, although a roof over your head, were not well-maintained. One had an open shower with water splashing everywhere, while the other lacked a shower curtain. An unfortunate surprise was found in the TV-suffered from some damages making it unwatchable in one of the rooms. Access to the building was convoluted, as I had to make numerous calls just to check in, which wasn't the welcome I had hoped for. The absence of a clear check-in routine left a bit to be desired.

The room had a great location with an excellent sea view . The décor in the public areas seemed inviting and suggested good potential for a pleasant experience.
